Biking Across the Mississippi

As part of The Nature Conservancy’s 2024 fresh water campaign, I created a short vertical video to explore the role of the Mississippi River – America’s primary trade artery.

But it’s not just an important trade route. It also serves drinking water to millions of people, acts as a migratory flyway for numerous birds, and is home to hundreds of species of fish. For many reasons, the Mississippi is worth protecting.

Through partnerships all along the river, The Nature Conservancy is working to dramatically reduce nutrient pollution into the Mississippi River Basin. They will continue protecting and restoring this important natural resource for many years to come.
